Shipping and delivery

This policy applies to products purchased on our website www.martinsen-nordic.dk, which are delivered to you by Martinsen Nordic A/S with company registration (CVR/VAT) no. 27771025.

Martinsen Nordic A/S is only able to ship products to Denmark.

We only ship orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday). An item ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

If it is not possible to deliver your item, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the amount will be refunded to your account.

Martinsen Nordic A/S bears the risk and liability for damage to goods in transit in connection with delivery until you or a person appointed by you have received the goods.

If you wish to return an item, you are liable for the risk and damage to the item during return shipping until Martinsen Nordic A/S has received the item.

If you wish to return the item and the item is unused, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the item, either by email info@martinsen-nordic.dk or by calling tel. +45 60 20 60 70. The item must be returned to us no more than 30 days after you received it.

The original amount paid for the item will be refunded once we receive the item.

If you have started using the product, we reserve the right to refuse its return or reduce any refund to reflect the diminished value of the product.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
