Beech smoking powder

Smoking powder from martinsen^® are made from beechwood, giving your food a natural, gently smoked flavour. At the same time, they add a touch of sweetness and a hint of wood and fruit. Smoking chips are perfect when barbecuing or smoking fish, poultry, beef or pork. The chips can be used in a smoker box or directly on charcoal.
